    June 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1450 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Buyout firm American Industrial Partners said it had acquired ownership of an aluminium rolling mill in Belgium after a default on debt by a unit of the GFG Alliance owned by commodities tycoon Sanjeev Gupta.

    ** Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras PETR4.SA said that BW Energy Ltd BWE.OL had been selected to take part in the negotiation stages of its divestment from the Golfinho offshore cluster, which remains in the binding phase.

    ** Takeover target Spirit Airlines Inc SAVE.N said it was in talks with JetBlue Airways Corp JBLU.O over a $3.4 billion sweetened offer and expects to decide on the proposal by the end of this month.

    ** Investcorp has sold its German human resources (HR) software management firm softgarden to Poland's Grupa Pracuj GPPP.WA for around 120 million euros ($125 million), Hazem Ben-Gacem, Investcorp's co-chief executive officer told Reuters. nL8N2Y135D]

    ** Shale producer Continental Resources Inc CLR.N said it has received an all-cash buyout proposal from billionaire-founder Harold Hamm's family trust, which valued the company at $25.41 billion.

    ** Short-video app Triller ended its $5 billion merger with video advertising software provider SeaChange International Inc SEAC.O and said it would pursue an initial public offering instead.

    ** Sweden's Securitas SECUb.ST has refiled its bid for U.S. peer Stanley Black & Decker's SWK.N electronic security solutions business to EU antitrust regulators, who will decide by July 15 whether to clear the $3.2 billion deal.

    ** Danish transport and logistics company DSV A/S DSV.CO is interested in buying U.S. rival C.H. Robinson Worldwide's CHRW.O business that specializes in arranging international cargo transport on behalf of shippers, two people familiar with the matter said.

    ** Medical equipment maker ResMed Inc RMD.N said it will buy German healthcare software provider MEDIFOX DAN GmbH in a $1 billion deal to expand in software-as-a-service (SaaS) outside the United States.

    ** French energy major TotalEnergies TTEF.PA will buy a 25% stake in Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL), as part of a deal with Adani Enterprises Ltd ADEL.NS to develop the world's biggest green hydrogen ecosystem, the companies said.

    ** British gambling group Entain ENT.L agreed to acquire online sports betting and gaming operator BetCity in a deal worth up to 850 million euros ($887 million) to build its presence in the Dutch market.

    ** Britain's ITV ITV.L said it had agreed to buy a 79.5% stake in Plimsoll Productions, the maker of natural history programmes like "Hostile Planet" for Disney and "Night on Earth" for Netflix, for 103.5 million pounds ($126.1 million) in cash.

    ** Australian transit operator Kelsian Group Ltd (KLS) said it may bid for Go-Ahead Group PLC GOG.L after the British bus firm agreed to a 647.7 million pound buyout from another Australian group, setting the stage for a bidding war.

    ** SpaceX's satellite unit on Monday protested Viasat's proposed acquisition of Inmarsat to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), alleging the rival satellite operator had violated commission rules and should not be granted approval to control another company's assets.
