    March 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

    		** U.S. Steel Corp  X.N , the acquisition target of 
    Japan's Nippon Steel  5401.T , must remain a domestically owned

    		** Hilton said it will buy Graduate Hotels from
