July 16 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Tuesday:
** U.S. grains merchant Bunge BG.N has offered to sell Glencore-backed GLEN.L Viterra's crush and refining plants for oilseeds in Hungary and Poland in order to secure EU antitrust approval for the $34 billion merger, a person close to the deal said.
** Saudi oil giant Aramco 2223.SE has signed final agreements to buy 50% of the blue hydrogen industrial gasesbusiness of Air Products Qudra (APQ), it said, continuing the kingdom's drive to become a major hydrogen producer.
** French retailer Fnac Darty FNAC.PA on Tuesday offered to buy Italy's Unieuro UNIR.MI for around 249 millioneuros ($271 million) to create a market leader in consumer electronics and domestic appliances in southern and western Europe.
** Thailand's power producer Gulf Energy Development GULF.BK and Intouch Holdings INTUCH.BK , which controls thecountry's top mobile phone operator AIS, said they would merge to create a major digital and energy infrastructure player in Southeast Asia.
** Belgium's Delen Private Bank has agreed to buy smaller rival Dierickx Leys Private Bank, the companies said, asconsolidation gathers pace in an increasingly competitive market for smaller financial companies.
** China-based JinkoSolar JKS.N said it would form a joint venture with Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund and a privately owned Saudi renewable firm to build a solar cell and module manufacturing facility.
** Canadian miner Montage Gold MAU.V said Chinese mining firm Zijin Mining Group 601899.SS would take a 9.9% strategic stake in the company through its brokered private placement.
** Italy has held off approval of a decree to sell a stake in Poste Italiane PST.MI , people familiar with the matter told Reuters, following resistance from ruling and opposition parties to loosen the state's grip on key public services.
** If Alphabet's GOOGL.O Google is successful in its effort to buy cloud security company Wiz, it would bolster its cloud security offerings for large organisations, a hotspot for hackers, and help it take on cloud rivals Amazon.com AMZN.O and Microsoft MSFT.O , experts said.
** A majority of shareholders have approved Japanese company Electric Power Development's (J-Power) 9513.T A$381 million ($257.56 million) buyout of Genex Power (GNX) , the Australian company said.
** Scientific instruments maker Spectris Plc SXS.L said it has agreed to buy Georgia, U.S.-based Micromeritics Instrument Corp for $630 million, expanding the British company's laboratory analytical instruments unit.
** Spanish train maker Talgo TLGO.MC said it received a merger offer from Czech rival Skoda four months after Hungarian consortium Ganz-Mavag launched a public tender offer for all Talgo shares.
