    Aug 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

    		** Roper Technologies  ROP.O  has agreed to buy Transact 
    Campus for $1.5 billion, the software services firm said , to 
    

    strengthen its business that serves higher education institutions and healthcare facilities.

    		** Carrier Global Corp  CARR.N  said  it would sell its 
    commercial and residential fire business to an affiliate of 
    

    private equity firm Lone Star Funds in a deal valued at $3 billion, pressing ahead with the divestment of non-core assets to focus on its heating and cooling equipment businesses.

    		** Alaska Air  ALK.N  said  it has agreed to further 
    extend the review period of its proposed $1.9 billion 
    

    acquisition of peer Hawaiian Holdings HA.O with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

    		** Kenya's Mobius Motors, which makes low-priced SUVs 
    designed for Africa's sometimes poor quality roads, has accepted 
    

    a takeover bid from an unidentified buyer, it said, staving off voluntary liquidation.

    ** Australian lithium miner Pilbara Minerals (PLS) said it would acquire smaller peer Latin Resources (LRS) for an implied value of A$559.9 million ($369.4 million) in a move to diversify its operations.

    ** Gamco Asset Management, one of the largest shareholders of Dril-Quip DRQ.N , said on Wednesday it would vote against the proposed merger of the oilfield services firm with peer Innovex Downhole Solutions.

    ** Controlling shareholders of Brazilian payments firm Cielo CIEL3.SA concluded a 4.3 billion reais ($786 million) tender offer on Wednesday that takes the firm private, according to Brazilian exchange operator B3.

    ** Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway BRKa.N acquired stakes in cosmetics store chain Ulta Beauty ULTA.O and aircraft parts maker Heico HEI.N during the second quarter, when it also significantly cut its huge stake in Apple AAPL.O .
