@grantjo Does your claim originate from some proven, publicly available facts, or simply from a group of disgruntled 'armchair CFO's' who've failed to own and wear their poor investment decisions? Where is your corroborating evidence? If there are any, do provide them.
I personally find it very difficult to believe that our BOD would fail to properly vet a candidate for such an important hiring decision.
