Is this just confirming that they've executed a share purchase agreement with LKO based on the ann from early October? ...nothing new?
Lakes Oil to Acquire 100% of NavGas
DHR is selling its remaining 92.78% stake in NavGas in exchange of around 9 billion LKO shares @ 0.001c, subject to LKO shareholder approval (AGM January)
DGR has then agreed to underwrite an LKO CR up to $1.5million if they acquire NavGas.
DGR gets a 6% fee of the underwritten amount of $1.5 million
LKO's SP is currently at its 52 week low of .001c, with a high of .003cI suppose shareholders wont be too worried about dilution then
I have a tiny stake in DHR and do not follow it closely. Seems odd to accept so many shares in a company that is so... uh... underwhelming. Am I missing something?
