Reading many of the posts on this thread tells me that many people do not understand the significance of this lattest acquisition.
Very favarable terms with DHR obtaining a initial 10% stake very early on with the ability to buy out the company over 3 years or they have the option to buy all %100 at a earlier stage.
Just because the share price has performed badly for a very long time means nothing when the right HOA and or acquisition is made.
I will be happily taking advantage of any loose stock that may present itself over the next few weeks,but IM sure there will be plenty of smart investors that very well may just start buying up stock once they have looked into this thurther.
I have been looking for a early stage lithium acquisition with the right prospects and with good terms for a long time,and here it is in my opinion.
