DML have poor record of timely disclosure (eg receipt of CF takeover offer withheld while share price skyrocketing). While CF might be raising questions about ore grades as a tactic to lower the offer/scare into accepting (or walking away), DML must disclose answers to CF questions. And i am fearful of DML answer and its impact on shareprice.
Disclosrure: ex disgruntled shareholder who sold after DML receieved CF offer, but before it was disclosed to market.
