News: DJs signs Phase Eight

David Jones Limited (ASX:DJS) has signed an exclusive agreement with UK fashion brand Phase Eight.

 

The retailer says Phase Eight is the best-selling womens-wear brand in UK department stores John Lewis, House of Fraser and Debenhams.

 

The move comes ahead of the release of David Jones' full-year results next week.

 

Phase Eight chief operating officer Lee Harlow says the brand is committed to partnering with David Jones to grow its Australian presence.

 

DJ’s posted a net profit of $73.5 million for the first half of fiscal 2013.
