    Oct 6 (Reuters) - Dakota Minerals Ltd (DKO) :

    • Entered into a binding agreement with Pilbara Minerals
    • Consideration for transaction is up to $8.0 million
    • Pilbara will acquire 100% of Dakota's Find Lithium project
    • Proceeds raised through transaction, will now allow Dakota Minerals to accelerate co's Europeanfocused lithium strategy
