    Feb 18 (Reuters) - Drillsearch Energy Ltd:

    • Court approves merger with Beach (DLS)
    • Says federal court of Australia has approved scheme of arrangement to implement drillsearch's all-scrip merger with Beach Energy
    • As a result of scheme becoming effective, Drillsearch shares will be suspended from trading as of the close of trading on feb.18
