    Feb 18 (Reuters) - Drillsearch Energy Ltd:

    • Drillsearch Energy Ltd - court orders lodged with ASIC (DLS)
    • As a result of the lodgement of the court orders with ASIC, trading in Drillsearch shares will be suspended by the asx
    • final court orders approving scheme of arrangement to implement co's merger with Beach Energy have now been lodged with Australian Securities and Investments Commission
