    Feb 17 (Reuters) - Drillsearch Energy Ltd (DLS) :

    • Impairment of exploration and evaluation assets (DLS)
    • Says it expects its half-year results to include non-cash impairments in the range of $65 million to $75 million (on a pre-tax basis)
    • Anticipated impairments are accounting adjustments relating to historical book values in context of the decline in oil price since 30 June 2015
