June 25 (Reuters) - Domino's Pizza Enterprises (DMP) said on Tuesday it has been served with a class action proceeding filed in the Federal Court of Australia by law firm Phi Finney McDonald on behalf of franchisee employees.
The class action has been filed by employees who were delivery drivers or in-store workers between June 24, 2013 and Jan. 23, 2018, the company said in a statement.
