the Capital Group stake approx 13.4 million got done at 57.5 when the stock was trading in the 70's. who ever took it has had their foot on the throat of DNK ever since and which is why the stock doesn't go below 57.5.... by my calculations they must be getting close to done around 60 for the final lots.
