    What is the purpose of a TH, these guys have the majority shares and all want out.

    Talk about drama.

    Deal will be done soon. If we follow PSC model with shell after cash take out, could see a decent +20-30c more from here.

    Im sure Uncle Seamus has another project he is eyeing off.
