- Evolution Rail, consortium comprising CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles , unit, Australian Downer EDI and Plenary Group entered into contract
- Total value of aforementioned contract is A$2 billion, among which CRRC Changchun contributed approximately 45%
- Contract with Australian Department of Transport on Victorian Government's high capacity metro trains project
- HCMT project includes delivery of 65 new high capacity trains being built in victoria over next six years
- Aforementioned contract has no significant impact on operation results of company
- CRRC Changchun's participation as equity investor of project is investment of no more than A$15 million with shareholding ratio of 10%
