The key difference is the yield between the US 20-30y treasury Bonds and the Japan 15y Tenor.
The US long term yield seems to rise as expected from the Fed's multiple interest rate hikes whereas in Japan the yield seems stagnant as the BOJ still keeps stimulating the economy so it's good decision to issue in the Tenor.
The thing I like about this stock is its recycled asphalt to be trialled in Victoria
I've been looking for a company that could turn the rejected waste products from China into building products.
There was a Victoria company that could turn recycled plastic into building plastic products for outdoor uses but Dow is way better as the company will turn ALL of those recycled products into bitumens.
China has rejected all waste products from all countries to claim for environmental damages to its polution.
This has becoming headaches for councils around the world to find out solutions to turn those waste into energy or to dump into landfills.
I believe Dow will attract a lots of interest from this promissing recycle asphalt plant and I do believe Dow will make huge profits too and that's not to mention the Australia government is about to spend big on infrastructure as outlined in its previous budget announcement
