- HY total revenue and other income from ordinary activities $3.26 billion, down 3.4%
- HY net profit attributable to members of $72.1 million versus $94.7 million
- Downer is now targeting npat of around $180 million for the 2016 financial year
- Downer has written off $13 million in pre-tax bid costs in the 2016 first half result
- Board resolved to pay a fully franked interim dividend of 12.0 cents per share
