    Is there anyone running the company? No CEO (he left in June - now with Mount Burgess Mining), this news states that the Chairman is resigning after tranche 2 funding has been received.

    Probably the best person to talk to is Jay Stephenson (Company Secretary), his number would be 0412 474 180.

    Not sure on the dates, as it states the third tranche was March 31 2016 and the second tranche will follow the 2016 AGM (both have already gone). I assume since they have 24 months these could be 2017 AGM and March 2018.
