The speculation is more couched to the downside. The majority seem to believe the $1.3 bn pledge just announced by Biden, relates to the $33m contract awarded by an unnamed US agency on 17/7. The share price is really reflecting that good news, and that is the logical view. But what if they are unrelated, and another large order is imminent instead? I suspect if so we will get another surge.
