Mayi, respectfully may I please ask what numbers you are using that would lead to price to sales of 20:1 if the share price is doubled? Current sales for the calendar year are about $65M - with current market capitalization $200m (i.e 3:1). Double share the price you'd have a sales/price ratio of 6:1 right?
In my view this is conservative anyway as it assume there will be no more sales this calendar year. If the Peloton analyst report is accurate, sales for this CY may be closer to $100M. If that occurs, a DRO share price of 70c would have price/sales ratio of 4:1.
