Just bought a parcel @ 4.65. My ANZ shows these, not allocation from ILU/DRR split. This will appear 2 November.
DRR allegedly negotiating more royalty streams - I anticipate a solid and positive M&A news flow. Royalty activity sorely underdeveloped in Australia, despite major mining sector and unique franking credits tax regime which make domestic royalty streams more valuable to an Aussie royalty Co.
It now has a sharemarket demonstrated value to comfort bankers and swap equity (though I would prefer they buy any royalty stream for cash and not dilute tiny me). If it has to swap equity, DRR could buy equivalent on market to prevent dilution. It certainly has the capacity to fund non-dilute operations.
