Usually in an Annual Report they mention the number of shareholders in the Top 20 who hold about 87%.
There is no number mentioned for the remaining 13% of shareholders.

There is probably greater numbers of individual shareholders in the 13% than in the T20!

Poll voting transforms a Public Company into a quasi-partnership of the T20 or maybe could be defined as a pseudo-private company.

The only semblance of being a public company is the funding arrangement!
