Seems odd that shareholders are selling into an increased company liquidity, however if the new shares were placed to existing private investors they could be dumping to recoup from the 2c advantage. Having said that the question arises as to why would they dump when the price was pretty well O.K. at .028c? The .03 exercise price close on is also a good backup, it takes their backs off the wall a tad.
