  A properly conducted and exhaustive DFS will demonstrate the viability of any given project. They are not cheap (I.E. very expensive) and would not be undertaken unless there's a high anticipation of a positive outcome. I think the "GO" button is about to be pushed therefore selling at 2c appears to be very strange considering the pending DFS release. By the way this is a culmination of many previous  preliminary feasibility studies  and had they not been positive this DFS would never have been undertaken.  Go figure!!
