    • Outcome of second meeting of creditors (DSH)
    • Dshe holdings - creditors also resolved to form a committee of inspection, to consult with the liquidators about matters relating to the liquidations
    • Dshe holdings - to appoint joseph hayes and jason preston as liquidators of dshe and its Australian subsidiaries
