Feb 6 (Reuters) - Dart Mining Nl (DTM)
- Dart has agreed to issue up to 18.2 million dart shares to Bruce Mclennan
- Dart has entered into agreement to acquire (through unit) tenement package from its JV partner, Northern Mine Ventures Pty Ltd
- Dart has also agreed to grant Mclennan a 0.75% net smelter return royalty over gold production from tenements
