I agree with you to some extent.

I am not sure if DTS is to blame for the delays here though.

The customer needs to allow DTS into the stores and get the set-up right. So DTS has to follow what the customer says.

I am sure that DTS would like to install the Algo as fast as they can.

The product DTS is offering is extremely disruptive. As it is all new it needs to be proven and there is increasing evidence for it.
