ASIC is after the individual not the company.
Operationally DUB is tied with the growth of Cisco WEBEX. The more Cisco sells its cloud products the more subscriptions DUB makes.
I think for a company valued this low with an above average subscription revenue stream is one to watch but an avoid until we get more news in July.
