If Dubber went away it would not be a huge deal for Cisco. Obviously they think that recording is not their core business, and they don’t have any particular attachment to one third party provider.

Dubber does have their free product “Dubber Go” but that’s not helping them because they’re losing money on every subscriber.

Dubber has managed to do just about everything wrong that a business could do, but being incapable of selling their service for more than it costs to provide is the fundamental reason they’re cactus.
