COO isn't "second in charge" of a company's finances, that would be CFO.

Actually, it does appear to me that Slaney is like a mailroom boy, diluted from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Commercial Operator, or whatever his new role is. McGovern most likely hired James as either a favour to, or a deal with Slaney senior, rather than as an equal "co-founder".

I understand some of you are angry about what has happened, but try to focus your energy in the right place. Pawlowitsch is trying to siphon off another $500K next Monday, despite the huge theft which happened on his watch.

He should be resigning & I think you should be focusing your attention on him at the moment, given the proximity of the upcoming vote. I don't know why you holders aren't getting a class action together really..
