I'll be joining you MikeS - although its very small $$ at this raise price given my modest holdings. I think they've undercooked the raise price but the fact that Thorney is loading up, Wilson is partially underwriting ($100k) and the remaining execs are well incentivised on options to drive share price up says there is plenty of skin in the game (and hopefully some confidence that they will get their payday - which I won't begrudge if they get LTH a lift as well)
