The "funny" thing about this raise is that none of the stated use of funds is to replace the $26m that was stolen (and apparently required to satisfy large customers of their solvency). No, it's just general working capital and costs associated with the investigation. They're still burning $2m a month. They'll be back with another raise before Christmas. I don't know why anyone would put a cent into this.
