The Company has requested that the ASX lifts the suspension of trading in its shares upon the allotment and issue of New Shares under the Institutional Entitlement Offer and Placement (which is expected to occur on or around Wednesday, 17 April 2024)
So next Wednesday we might get to see Steve self McGovern need to dump his 10m shares at rock bottom prices to help pay urgent legal defence costs. His house has multiple caveats and mortgages so can’t tap that well. That would be satisfying .
