Telcos can add new integrated platforms but they can't unplug the platforms they already have.
Technology in this space changes rapidly so any suplus $ has to be spent on meaningful product development before anything else is considered. Governance and assurance matters also need to be fixed immediately if this company is to have a future.
Subject to investigations and due diligence a T/O at firesale prices is also possible or indeed likely if the product is good with a growing customer base.
