    A "$43m ARR business" is indeed a bad spot to be if it costs $60m to generate that revenue.

    If the alternative is waste another $50m of shareholders' funds before running out of cash again next year, then administration is absolutely the best place for them to be.

    They have never demonstrated that they have a viable business. The latest debacle is just icing on a very shitty cake.
