I noticed CVN didn't give the same time frame in their ann (or any time actually). And POE have usually been late from their predictions recently (though occasionally early). So I assume they mean "working days" now so 10 days is actually about Tue night next week. Happy for it to be Friday tho!
As for the price movement I'd say combination of factors - POO up, CVN way oversold/undervalued, anticpation of flow tests.
