If the flow rates varied substantially from what they have announced before or some other condition has occurred and the market share price is dramatically dropping hinting that this news may no longer be confidential, I'd expect the company to be in trading halt.
Why should the dishonest few be able to sell out for thousands dollars more than me because they have illegal insider infomation?
