From the last announcement Feb 26, they said:
A post-transaction adjustment process is scheduled to occur in the next 10 days to reflect certain
stock related cost adjustments, which are typical of transactions of this nature.
Today is past 10 days so news should be out.
Would there be any reason for the delay?
Would this be a price sensitive announcement requiring a trading halt or just a simple straightforward update to the market?
