I am an owner of Devine Limited and I am also a holder of Peet Limited. Its funny that Devine announced on July 15th that they sold a property at Redback Plains in Qld to a national property developer for $30.25 million. On the same day there was an announcement by Peet Limited to say they have acquired a property at Redback PLains in Qld for $37.45 million. Its the same deal yet there is a $7.25 million price difference. Does anyone know whats going on? Expensive real estate fees!
