    Dec 23 (Reuters) - Devine Ltd (DVN) :

    • Note announcement by cimic residential investments pty limited
    • Cimic's confirmed that there will be no extension in the offer and the offer will not be increased
    • "Independent directors of Devine encourage Devine shareholders to act now to accept the offer"
    • Cimic announces offer for Devine as final
    • Acceptances must be received before the offer period ends at 7.00pm (aedt) on 29 December 2015
