further to this the founders of each branch of DW8 are still working for DW8 i.e. the founders of Partons, Kaddy, and DT himself.. which is ridiculous as some founders would sell out and live the life.
All branch heads want to see this "venture" grow into something bigger than what it is today provably why they stayed on. strong motivation for management and just reinforces the DW8 product.
