Could have capital raised in the form of a debt load.. or CN or blah blah.. there are quite a few ways to structure the debt,, including an exchange for equity.. like you said.. an exchange for equity would be quite undesirable rn.. so just wait and see how they do it. BRIGHT SIDE.. is that it can't be any worse than what they did with Triton haha.. so only up from here.
