    ASG at the moment is a very different business to DWS and SMS. They are focussed on Infrastructure, Managed Services and Oracle, they only compete around the margins with DWS and SMS. If this offer was from DiData (Oakton) or Empired I think that it could just be a spoiling offer but from ASG I do not believe that have that much to gain from that tactic.
