It's only an issue if you want to sell!
We would all feel better if the share price was higher, but if you plan to stay invested until either DMX-200 turns out to be a dud, or it gets sold/licensed to someone who understands its true value, then the ability of ASX punters to appreciate its true potential value is a moot point. Phase 2b results are 18 months away, so unless Hugh and Kathy can strike a deal based on the phase 2a results, we'll all need plenty of patience. While the price is drifting down, volumes are miniscule, so at the moment it looks like most shareholders are being patient, at least for the moment.
