if the RBA and FED keep raising % rates the whole REIT sector will suffer, there is no way they will get 8% inflation under control with a mere 3% rates, they need to raised rates to at LEAST the rate of inflation to have a chance of getting it back under control but of course they wont be able too as eventually the market will crash because of higher % rates because of all the debt in the system globally.
