Personally I believe divvy will be maintained.
I haven't analysed their books. Rent, finance, outgoings, management fees (earned), construction costs, staffing costs. Where one increases, another will decrease and should overall balance out
I think the divvy is more about pleasing large institutional share holders / super funds, hence they wont want to vary it.
On the flip side, they will also be extra cautious before raising the divvy in the future
