My guess is dividend will probably drop a little in FY 24/25. They have sold some properties to fund new developments which won't produce rent for some time. Also leasing deals at the moment are being done with pretty high incentives. Also finance costs must be pushing higher although they have said they have hedged debt for a couple of years. .... i don't know exactly what that means. On the upside industrial income growth might help and management fees might contribute a little more.
