I'm quite confused about the over reaction.
The cut in EPS by 7% isnt great, yes - higher interest costs continue to hurt. But the big drop in DPS is a reduction in payout for what could be short term. The most likely outcome is rates will be cut in 12 months and this is only a one off hit to dividend.
